If you have contacted us via phone or email and completed a new Project Inquiry, the following process begins; Once you book a site inspection with us, we will take notes in relation to your project for up to 1 hour to gather necessary intel. With this information, we will provide you with a quick estimate on the day. The quick estimate we provide is purely to give you an indication on the price the project indicates to us. If the quick estimate is within your budget the following process begins:



• We require a small fee  to price your job after providing you with a quick estimate. This will allow us to progress to a full site investigation measure and quote. Below is the service we will provide in regard to the paid site investigation measure and quote.

• Please be aware that when we provide an estimate we will try to estimate everything involved in regard to your project. Even if you don’t wish to complete all the work right away. This way we keep revisions and variations to a minimum. We have found doing estimation this way helps to save clients money and save us as builder's extra time and resources.

There is an allowance made for revision of costing's. Any further revisions will be made as variation contracts which will be charged accordingly.

The fee for the site visit covers the time and resources invested in traveling to your location, utilizing the data collected during the visit, and identifying potential unforeseen expenses that may arise down the line. This ensures a thorough evaluation of your project, allowing us to provide a more accurate and comprehensive cost estimate.
